In Search Of...

Got this in a while back and said I'd post.  Send replies to Heike not me please.  :)

my name is Heike and I'm an editor, working for a german TV-show, called “Vermisst” (means “Missing”). This is a “real life” documentation where people are reunited who haven’t seen each other for years.
A person, who lives in Germany got in contact with us and is looking for Antonio (Anthony) Varela. He was born in Puerto Rico and worked for the US Army.
In 1962 he was stationed in Germany, Wertheim "Peden Barracks". He should be around 75-80 years old now (born approx. 1931-1935).
I can imagine, you are very surprised right now, but I thought writing you an email might be a chance for us to find him.
Maybe you know him and worked with him together or the name sounds familiar to you or maybe you can pass this information on to somebody who could know something and could help us?
Thank you very much for reading this. Maybe you can help us finding the person we are looking for. Its very important for this person.
Even if you do not know the person I’ve just discribed, please send me an email or give me a call under 0049-221-650 30 823 between 10.00 – 18.00 CET.
It would be really helpful with my researches.
I can call back immediately, so you won`t get any costs.
Kind regards from Cologne.

More Pics from Ron Winner

Ready to Fire
"Col. Sampson & 4 star Gen. Davidson inspecting our piece of junk "Gama Goats" 6 wheel drive always breaking down. They were made to float but no one wanted to try and test it out."
"Once a year we would have a AGI inspection where all the brass would show up and inspect EVERYTHING. You could not have anything extra so a day to two before you would see people throwing in the trash tools/machinery/cloths anything you can think of so you would get a bad report. Here I am walking around (taking notes) for a Full Bird Col (I THINK)."
